These terms apply to the Baseer directory, Baseer Lab, submissions, and paid access. By using Baseer, you agree to them.
1. Terms of Use
Directory content is general information. Baseer Lab access is subject to the model and daily usage limits shown in the service. A welcome allowance is promotional, limited by a shared campaign budget, and may become unavailable. A paid access pass starts only after Baseer verifies the payment with the payment provider; a return or redirect page alone is not proof of payment. Current passes are one-time terms and do not renew automatically.
2. Restrictions on Use
You may not abuse allowances, create duplicate identities to avoid limits, probe or bypass authentication or metering, submit secrets or unlawful content, disrupt availability, or use Baseer for a fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
3. Intellectual Property
We own or have licenses for all intellectual property rights in our website and in the materials published on it. These works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, republish, or modify any part of our website without prior written permission from us.
4. User-Submitted Content
For directory, advertising, or listing submissions, you grant Baseer a non-exclusive license to review, edit, translate, and display the submitted listing material for operating and promoting the service. Prompts submitted privately to Baseer Lab are processed to provide the requested response and are not granted to Baseer for public display.
5. Information Accuracy
Directory information and AI-generated responses may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Verify important results independently. Baseer Lab is not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, safety, or other professional advice.
